Key Community Rules

• Age Requirement: All new tenants and sublessees must be 55 years of age or older (pp. 1, 8).

• Pet Policy: Residents are allowed up to two (2) pets (cats or dogs). All pets must be leashed when outdoors, and owners must provide rabies vaccine records to management (p. 5).

• Home Standards: Only new homes (no more than 15 years old) are permitted to move into the community, with a minimum size of 12 feet wide by 50 feet long (p. 3).

• Rent & Payments: Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 10th will incur a $25.00 late fee (p. 2).

• Lot Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for mowing their own lawns and removing snow from their own lots. Management handles the park streets and common grounds (pp. 4, 7).
