A Family Legacy, Rooted in Community
Nate’s Floral Estates is a 55+ mobile home community located in Ithaca, New York. Since 1972, we’ve provided a safe, peaceful, and affordable place for residents to call home—built on family values and a commitment to quality living within city limits.
The park was founded by Reuben and Marta Weiner, inspired by Reuben’s deep connection to his hometown of Ithaca. With a heart for helping others, Reuben created a space where residents could enjoy comfort, dignity, and a true sense of belonging. Named in honor of Reuben’s father, Nate, the community has grown into a neighborhood where people look out for one another.
For over 50 years, Nate’s Floral Estates has remained family-owned and operated. Today, a dedicated team—including many family members—works to uphold the original mission of compassion and community. We’re proud to carry this legacy forward and to offer our residents a clean, respectful, and welcoming place to call home.
