How do I get the discounted garbage tags?
Pick them up directly at our office. We buy them in bulk to pass the savings on to you!
Are pets allowed?
A copy of cat and dog rabies vaccines must be provided to Management. Two (2) animals (cat or
dog).will be allowed. You will lose your privilege of having an animal if your animal becomes a nuisance by causing excessive noise or is a danger to any residents or guests of the park. All animals must be on leash when outside. While walking your pet, you may be on your own lot or along the park roads or medians not on other tenants' lots. Animals are not to be tied or left outside without supervision. Owners are expected to remove pet waste from home lots, medians and streets and dispose of it in their own trash. Visitors may not bring pets into the Community.
What is included in the monthly bill?
Your monthly bill conveniently includes your lot rent, water, and sewer services.
